Accepting new counseling clients with most major insurance plans across the state of Pennsylvania. We are not able to accept new counseling clients with Medicare or Medicaid plans.
When calling the office, it is likely you will need to leave a voicemail as our administrative staff are also part-time. When requesting your first appointment, feel free to ask to be scheduled with a particular counselor if you have a preference. If we cannot assist you, we try to provide you with counseling options with other providers that may be able to meet your unique needs.

Ryan is currently accepting new clients for virtual counseling and in-person counseling in Edinboro between 10 am and 2pm, as well as his private office in Erie.
Ryan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. He has several years of experience working with individuals that have struggled with a wide variety of behavioral and emotional issues ranging from but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma. Ryan is skilled in working with individuals that have experienced traumatic events that negatively impact their life and daily functioning. He is currently completing his training to use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which has been shown to be one of the most effective modalities for treating trauma related concerns.
He specializes in working with adults from a trauma-informed approach. Ryan is skilled in taking a client-centered approach, while incorporating core tenets of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, yet capable of working on life’s existential concerns.
Ryan’s focus in treatment is goal-oriented to help individuals experience meaningful change as quickly as possible to help clients experience an increase in their quality of life.

Katie is currently accepting new clients for her waitlist for virtual counseling and face-to-face counseling clients at our Edinboro location.
Katie Wisniewski is a Master's level trained Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania who has been working in behavioral and mental health for the past several years.
She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Katie specializes in working with young children with behavioral health concerns and their families, using Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). She also utilizes a trauma-informed approach that includes but is not limited to her certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Katie uses an eclectic approach to address various concerns in Counseling. In addition to formal counseling training, Katie has notable experience working with grief and trauma, parenting support, depression and anxiety, sexual identification, stress management, relationship issues, ADHD, and anger issues.
Maggi is currently accepting new clients for her waitlist for face-to-face counseling and virtual counseling for morning and afternoon appointments only at our Edinboro location.
Maggi Kessler is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. She has been working in mental health for over 15 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
She has wide range of experiences with adolescents and adults with general mental health concerns. Maggi has experience addressing depression, stress and communication. Maggi's specialties include treating anxiety disorders, from general anxiety to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), couples work, and trauma therapy.

Robin is the founder of Mindful Paths. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, a licensed professional clinical counselor with supervision designation (LPCC-S) in Ohio, a certified K-12 school counselor in Pennsylvania, and a Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator.
She is an EMDR certified therapist that utilizes a variety of clinical approaches to best meet the needs of the individual(s) she is serving. She utilizes a trauma-focused lens in her work, while maintaining awareness that no two clients are the same, and no two counseling relationships will be the same. Robin aims to fully understand your needs by listening to what you need to work on to determine the best treatment approach that will result in your optimal level of wellness.
Robin has 15 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families who have had an interest in improving their quality of life through supportive counseling. She has experience working with life transitions, depression, anxiety, and stress management, bereaved parents and families, individuals with sexuality concerns, children with behavioral and emotional concerns, children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and couples/families who seek to improve their communication and interactions with each other.
